It could be said to be 100% effective since Covid-19 don't exist in reality so noone vaxxed has ever contracted it. Noone unvaxxed has either tho so refusing the jab also has 100% efficacy against Novid..oops Covid-19, a non-scientific nickname for a fictitious pandemic
That relies on the belief a sick Chinaman can cough on someone who gets sick & coughs on someone else who gets sick etc in 7-billion-long unbroken daisy chain of person 2 person transmision til the whole worlds infected. Madness!
