I think this would be rather easy to fake. You would record the truck first. Then you would record the people in the empty street reacting as though the truck is coming. Then you would edit the thing where the truck layer is on top and you would Crop that layer to only include the truck and its path. At the part where itโs getting close to the people, you would turn up its transparency level or give it a blur
