I changed the diet for a very sport active family member and he went to the doctor to messure his cholestorol level - His LDL was 9, the doctor went into panic mode, because the scale stops at 8. Doctor was sure it was a mistake, so they did another test and it came back at 9.4 - So fucking funny. Doctor told you need to do more "sports" and change diet...

My family member runs like a marathon every week. His diet is hardly any carbs, meat (mostly fish). I also told him to eat more salt (a bit credit to Frank) - So now he runs with a salt tablet-rock (or something like that) and all of his running mates are doing that too now.
