There's a product called Clear Lungs, Extra Strength by Ridgecrest Herbals that will likely get rid of Frank's cough in a matter of days.

Also, silica is what the body needs to produce collagen, which strengthens connective tissue. I've used silica from quartz to cure my severe tendonitis in hands and elbow.
